6. Resignation by members of Trust Committee. -
Any member of the Trust Committee elected under clause (h), or nominated under clause (i), of sub-section (2) of section 4 may resign his office by giving in writing under his hand addressed to the State Government one months notice, and upon such resignation being accepted by the State Government, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
