Section 41(2) in The Prisons Act, Svt. 1977 [Jammu and Kashmir]
(2)In case of any such visitor refusing to be searched, the Jailor may deny him admission; and the grounds of such proceedings with the particulars thereof, shall be entered in such record as the Government may direct.
