232. Construction and installation of roofing brackets.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that :(a)roofing brackets are constructed to fit the pitch of steep roof and such brackets are used to provide level working platform;(b)a roofing bracket referred to in clause (a) is secured in its place by nailing pointed metal projections attached to the underside of such bracket and securely driven into a steep roof on which it is used or secured by a rope passed over the ridge pole and tie of such roof.
