10. Power to constitute committees.
(1)The Board may, at any time, constitute a committee or committees consisting of such number of members as it may think fit or resolve itself into a committee for the consideration of any business.(2)The committee shall have the powers to co-opt additional member or members with prior approval of the Chairperson of the Board.(3)The committee shall submit its report to the Board within such time as may be directed by the Board.
