10. Mechanism for pass through of gains or losses on account of uncontrollable factors.
- 10.1 The approved aggregate gain or loss to the Generating Company or Licensee on account of uncontrollable factors shall be passed through as an adjustment in the tariff of the Generating Company or Licensee over such period as may be specified in the Order of the Commission passed under Regulation 9.7 (a).10.2Nothing contained in this Regulation 10 shall apply in respect of any gain or loss arising out of variations in the price of fuel and power purchase which shall be dealt with as specified by the Commission from time to time.
