Section 1(3) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(3)They shall apply to all employees of the Corporation and to all persons employed by the Corporation on contract or on deputation in respect of all matters not regulated by the terms of the contract or deputation as the case may be.
