22.
Any guardian who contravenes the provisions of Section 15 or any guardian or person who contravenes the provisions of Section 21 shall be punishable with fine not exceeding two rupees and in case of a continued contravention with an additional fine not exceeding fifty paise for every day during which such contravention continues.
