(2)the Committee shall consist of-(i)the Vice-Chancellor at-officio Chairman(ii)one person nominated by the State Government;(iii)three Deans of Faculties appointed as prescribed by the Statutes;(iv)three members of the Executive Council and two of the Academic Council, nominated by the Executive Council;(v)three Heads of Departments nominated by the Vice-Chancellor by rotation every year, and(vi)three members co-opted by the Committee representing the above interests and professions, either by rotation every year or according as the matter or matters under consideration may require.
