Section 9A(1) in The Sugarcane Control Order, 1966
(1)The Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be, may authorise any person to enter and search any premises where any accounts, books, registers or other documents belonging to, or under the control of a producer of sugar or his agent, or an owner of a crusher, a power-crusher or a khandsari unit or an agent of such an owner, are maintained or kept for safe custody:Provided that this clause shall not apply to accounts, books, registers or other documents relating to a crusher owned by a grower or a body of growers of sugarcane.
