51G. Extension of period for payment of instalments, when order of suspension made.
- When an order has been made and published under Section 51-D, suspending the recovery of any sums for any period, then if such sums form part of a sum which is, in pursuance of this Act, payable by instalments, the period remaining for the payment of such instalments shall be extended by the period specified in such order, and no more than one instalment of the sum remaining due shall be payable in any succeeding year.
