Section 7(1)(f) in The Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (Election) Rules, 1967

(f)the date, time and place for the commencement of scrutiny and counting of votes, which shall not be later than five days after the last date for receipt of voting papers by the Returning Officer, counting the last date for receipt of voting papers as the first day for the purpose.
