ORAL ORDER
1. This Court, in previous order dated 07.08.2020, has already recorded jantri value, which, now, the respondent-State is to consider for the industrial purpose.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned AGP Mr.Shah has shared with this Court a copy of communication dated 19.08.2020 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Vadodara addressed to the Office of the Government Pleader, wherein it is communicated that the formal procedure in connection with the petitioner will be concluded within 21 days.
3. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed.
