Section 10(3) in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
(3)It shall be the responsibility of the General Manager, District Industry Centre to convene the meeting of the District Level Committee and obtain the No Objection Certificate of the concerned departments other than that of the Department of Forests and Wildlife Preservation at the earliest possible. Based on these No Objection Certificates the Deputy Commissioner will issue a final No Objection Certificate for the establishment of the Wood Based Industry and send it to the concerned Divisional Forest Officer.
