33. Bar of jurisdiction of courts.
- No civil court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or decide any suit, appeal or other proceedings in respect of any matter which the Authority is empowered by this Act to determine and no injunction shall be granted by any court, in respect of any action taken or proposed to be taken by the Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
