50.
Every person employed shall, for the holidays, or the period of the leave allowed under sub-sections (1) or (2) of section 49. be paid at a rate equivalent to the daily average of his wages for the days on which he actually worked during the proceeding three months exclusive of any earnings in respect of overtime.
