Section 11(a) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(a)The successful applicants shall be given offer for accepting in accordance with the following sub-clause, the allotment of permits, by publication of their result through notice in the newspapers to be mentioned in the booklet referred to in clause 19. The date of application (plus or minus 3 days) shall also be indicated in the said booklet.
