WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri RAMA KRISHNA A, presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Revision Petition by setting aside the order dated 15.09.2025 in IANo.3510/2025 O.A. No 914 OF 2024 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam by permitting the Petitioner / Applicant to adduce evidence of AW-2 by the Asst. General Manager - B. Santhosh Kumar to establish the case of Petitioner / Applicant which is filed for recovery of loan dues Rs. 141,93,49,603/- with interest from the date of NPA by marking all the loan documents;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri RAMA KRISHNA A, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
