Section 96 in Management and Working of the Forests
96. Timber and forest produce.
- In the case of a transfer between two Divisional Officers the Relieving Officer will take over charge of all timber, bamboos, and other forest-produce for which a certificate, in a Form similar to that prescribed in Rule 154 (as per Government Publication, Rule 95 herein) for cash, will be submitted.
