Section 24(2) in Rules of Contributory Provident Fund-Insurance-Pension Scheme (The Triple Benefit Scheme) for the Employees Serving in State Aided Educational Institutions run by Local Bodies or Private Managements
(2)The amount of family pension would be-(a)in the event of death while in service one-half of the superannuation pension which would have been admissible to the employee had he retired on the date following the date of his death; and(b)in the event of death after retirement one-half of the pension sanctioned to the employee at the time of his retirement.
