(1)The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Chapter.(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :(a)the qualifications for appointment of members of an Industrial Township Authority and the manner of filling casual vacancies in the office of such members;(b)the term of office of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, and the other members, of an Industrial Township Authority;(c)any other matter relating to the constitution and functions of an Industrial Township Authority.]
