26. Recognition of qualification.
(1)The Board on representation or otherwise may recognize any Degree, Diploma or Certificate awarded by any University, Board or Institution established under any law for the time being in force to be recognized qualification for the purposes of this Act.(2)Where a qualification is recognized under subsection (1), the Government shall, by notification in the gazette, declare the same as equivalent qualification for the purposes of this Act.
