Section 7(1) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019
(1)The Master or the ship owner or agent must inform the port authority at least fourty eight hours prior to arrival of the ship of the dangerous or hazardous goods in the containers aboard the ship and those to be discharged at the port.
