(3)When an order is made under sub-section (1), the Revenue Officer shall record in the record-of-rights to be revised or prepared in pursuance of such order, such particulars as may be prescribed.] [Sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) were substituted by the West Bengal Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1965 (XVIII of 1965).]
