Section 14(1)(v) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016

(v)on the recommendation of the local authority, the Town Vending Committee may declare the natural market, weekly market, heritage market, festive market, seasonal market, night bazaar and niche market with their exact location and specify the areas in ease of seasonal market or festive market; and
