2 16-12-2013Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues involved in the present proceedings and that of Cr. Misc. No. 26084 of 2012, 26389 of 2012, 26433 of 2012, 26487 and 26797 of 2012 are identical and similar. It is contended that all the above matters were disposed of by a common order dated 18.11.2013 passed by this Court with certain directions to the learned court below.
Learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing on behalf of the State of Bihar has fairly submitted that these petitions may also be disposed of in the same terms and with similar directions.
In view of the aforesaid fair stand taken by the learned counsels for the parties, the present applications are disposed of in similar terms and with similar directions as per order dated 18.11.202013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26084 of 2012 and its analogous cases.
Let photo copy of the order dated 18.11.2013 produced by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner be kept on record.
