Section 23(3) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(3)The Registrar shall call for cases referred to in Sub-rules (1) and (2) before the next meeting of the Council who has consider them along with objection thereto and the Registrar shall act in according with the direction of the Council as to the removal or otherwise of the name of the registered practitioner from the register.
