181. Management of water works.
- Subject to the provisions of chapter XXI, the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer shall, either on his own or through any other agency, manage all waterworks and allied facilities belonging to the Municipality and shall maintain the same in good repair and efficient condition and shall cause to be done, from time to time, all such things as shall be necessary or expedient for improving such waterworks and facilities.
