Section 47A(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
(1)The Government may, by notification, authorise the Commissioner to exercise of the powers vested in them under the second proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 47 or the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 49, in respect of any religious institution.
