Section 15(2) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(2)The Board shall submit annual statement of accounts to the State Government showing all receipts and payments for the financial year to be audited duly by a qualified chartered accountant as defined under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
