(4)After the expiry of the period specified in the notice in Form 'E' and after considering the reply, if any, of the society and the views, if any, of the [State] [Deleted by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] Federal Society on such reply, the Registrar may, after considering the objections of the society (if any) to the proposed amendment, register the amendment.
