Section 7(1) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(1)The State Government [***] [The words 'or the Commissioner in his division' deleted by Gujarat No. 15 of 1964, dated 2nd May, 1964.] may establish quarantine stations for the inspection and detention of animals along the route appointed under sub-section (2) of section 6.
