Section 10(1) in Kerala Munnar Special Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 2011
(1)In every reference or Proceedings to which the Act applies, it shall be opened to the Tribunal to secure the services or assistance of an Expert or any person possessing special skill or knowledge in respect of any matter relevant in discharging the functions to be exercised by it under the Act.
