Section 81(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955

(a)the fees chargeable for serving and executing processes issued by [the Appropriate Authority specified in the notification under sub-section 1 of section 4] [Substituted for the words 'Board of Revenue' by the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 2003) with effect from 15th June 2003.] and by the Revenue Courts;
