Section 6(xxv) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(xxv)To admit to its privileges any Institution in or outside India subject to such conditions as may be laid down by the Statutes: provided that no Institution shall be so admitted except with the prior approval of the State Government;
