Section 18(1) in The Punjab Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Control and Regulation) Act, 1994
(1)The non-official members of the State Vigilance Committee and a District Vigilance Committee shall be appointed for a period of three years and after the expiry of the period of their appointment they shall be eligible for re- appointment.
