Section 74(1) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)Where an application for the grant, renewal, countersignature or transfer of permit or for variation of any condition of permit or for replacement of vehicle is presented, it shall be marked with dated initial by an officer of the Transport Department.
