35. Suspension of plan in emergency by the Government.
- If the Government is satisfied that a grave emergency exists which necessitates the suspension of any Development Plan or part of any Development Plan, it may, by a notification in the Official Gazette, suspend the Development Plan or any part thereof.CHAPTER - VIII Control of Development and Use of Land
