Section 52(1) in The Rajasthan Housing Board Act, 1970
(1)The State Government may. by notification in the Official Gazette make rules [whether retrospectively or prospectively] [Inserted by Rajasthan Act 4 of 1984 [13-2-1984].] for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
