(2)A copy of the notice referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be affixed in the office of the Revenue Officer and copies of the notice shall be served on the declarant and the objector under registered post with acknowledgement due. A copy of the notice with a copy of the objection filed under Rule 3 (3) shall also be served on the committee or its authorised agent.
