(o)The proposed fee structure with reference to the details of expenditure on unit cost and the extent of concessions or rebates in fee or free-ships and scholarships to the poor students form economically poor or socially backward families, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and handicapped students;
