1. Even though the appeal was partly heard, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that since the question arising in the present appeal has been referred to a larger Bench by the Apex Court on 09.12.2024 vide its order passed in Civil Appeal No. 6557/2022 titled Tej Bhan (D) Through Lr. & Ors vs. Ram Kishan (D) Through Lrs. & Ors, hearing in the appeal be deferred.
2. In the meanwhile, both parties will be at liberty to file/ bring on record any additional written submissions, not running into more than five pages each alongwith copies of decisions on which they wish to rely upon.
