Section 95(2) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994

(2)Each Standing Committee shall consist of such number of members not exceeding five including the Chairman, as specified by the Zila Parishad, elected by the members of the Zila Parishad from amongst the elected members:Provided that the term of each Standing Committee shall be two and a half years.
