Section 1 in Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Act, 1952
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Act, 1952.(2)It shall extend to whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on the 31st day of August, 1952.
