1. By the present Petition, the Petitioner has impugned Order dated 19th December 2022 passed in Misc. Application No. 1664 of 2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.
2. The complaint of Petitioner for lodging of crime and directions under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code has been rejected by the learned trial Court by its Order dated 19 th December 2022. 3. In view thereof, present Petition pertains to the assignment of learned Single Judge taking up matters under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
