(3)A tendered ballot paper shall be the same as the ballot paper used at the polling except that it shall be-(a)taken serially from the bottom of the bundle of ballot papers issued for use at the polling station in successive cases; and(b)endorsed on the back with the words "tendered ballot paper" and signed.
