49. Power of Government to inspect.
- The Secretary Level Committee established under sub-section (1) of section 48 may cause an inspection to be made of the University as and when directed by the Government and verify and ensure compliance of the requirements of the guidelines relating to the establishment of self-financed universities and of the compliance of the provisions of the relevant laws for the time being in force.
