Section 1 in Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950
1. Short title and extent.-
(1)This Act may be called the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950.(2)It extends to the whole of India except the States of Assam, West Bengal, Tripura, Manipur and Jammu and Kashmir.
