Section 110 in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
110. Payment by cheque.
(1)No payment shall be made by the bank out of the account referred to in Section 108 except upon a cheque.(2)Payment of any sum due by the Planning authority exceeding one hundred rupees in amount shall be made by means of a cheque, and not in any other manner.
