Section 57 in The SreeNarayanaGuru Open University Act, 2021
57. Budget.—
(1)The annual budget estimates along with the financial statements of the University for each financial year shall be approved by the Syndicate.(2)The copies of financial estimate or statements as approved by the Syndicate shall be forwarded to the Government.(3)The financial year of the University shall be same as that applicable to the Government.
