Bar of jurisdiction .-No suit shall lie in any civil Court to set aside or modify [any proceeding taken or order made] [Inserted by Act 22 of 2007, Section 93 (w.r.e.f. 1.10.1975). ] under this Act, and no prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against [the Government or] [ Inserted by Act 5 of 1964, Section 50 (w.e.f. 1.4.1964).] any officer of the Government for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
